GROUP FITNESS TRAINING SESSION DESCRIPTIONS
Our Group Fitness sessions are designed daily to add variety and keep things FUN. Specific muscle groups will be focused on, but for optimum results plan on a full body workout for total body toning complete with the use of medicine balls, resistance bands, undulating ropes, kettle bells and your own body weight (sometimes your partners). High energy relay races, heart pumping cardio respiratory drills, interval based calisthenics, obstacle courses, circuit training, and plyometric training are a given to reduce body fat and increase speed, agility, coordination and stamina. Most of all, you will receive the support of your fellow recruits and your coach who will keep you motivated and inspired by pushing you beyond your comfort zone boosting your overall fitness level to new heights!
- TABATA BLAST – This is 45-minutes of fat burning movements. You will work at maximum effort for 20-seconds with a 10-second rest in between rounds giving you the most efficient workout in a short period of time.
- ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP – Ready to take your workout to the next level? We will be using body weight exercises along with some non-traditional tools to get you revved up and ready to take on the rest of the week!
- CARDIO BOXING – Prepare to Sweat! Heavy bags, gloves & mitts – learn the punches, the moves and the kicks. We cover it all. This will be a blazing full body workout.
- TORCH – This is not your average BOOT CAMP! Using body weight, hand weights and HIIT exercises we will kick in the afterburn!!
- HARDCORE – Sculpt your core – we will train your core with body weight moves, hand weights, balls and everything in between to strengthen your core and burn fat.
